South Africa in a Nutshell does not sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card. 11. Returns Policy

South Africa in a Nutshell will not do any returns through the website, all returns may only be done through consulting with one of our employees. All enquiries can be made through info@sainanutshell.co.za. All faulty products will be replaced as long as South Africa in a Nutshell is made aware of the fault within 14 days following delivery. All other faults will be the full responsibility of the purchaser.

All products are subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Payment is due as soon as order is made, unless otherwise arranged in writing by Training Dynamics.
2. All prices quoted for the Products are including VAT.
3. Cancellations or postponements received more than 14 working days prior to an order are accepted without any charges.
4. Cancellations or postponements received less than 14 working days prior to an order will be charged in full.
5. ON DIRECT TRANSFERS, PLEASE QUOTE THE INVOICE NUMBER.
6. PLEASE ADVISE WHEN PAYMENT IS MADE.
